Every single day, several thousand children in this world die of hunger, disease and malnutrition. Since this is an ongoing issue, it rarely gets any media coverage. Several humanitarian organizations around the world are trying to do do what they can to address this horrendous problem. In this event, Vibha is helping one such organization.

Feed my Starving Children is a Christian non-profit organization that operates in the Twin Cities region. Volunteers pack nutritious meals made up of rice, soy, vitamins and dehydrated vegetables. They partner with relief organizations worldwide to distribute these meals to starving children.
Visit them at www.fmsc.org. Some press coverage about the organization can be viewed here.

Volunteers of Vibha Action Center in Minnesota are donating two hours of effort on July 08 2006 to pack about 5000 meals that will be distributed to starving children around the world.

Saturday, July 08, 2006 ; 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
990 Lone Oak Road, Suite 124, Eagan, MN
